Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Carry-On trailer. Because trailers are large, freight-shipped items, our return policy is designed to be fair while covering the cost of shipping and handling. Please read the full terms below.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the trailer is unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging or condition. Custom, modified, or special-order trailers are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@carryontrailers.shop with your order number, photos of the trailer, and the reason for the return. Do not ship the trailer back without written return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or charged additional fees.

Return Shipping

Return freight is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part. We can arrange return freight for you, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Trailers must be securely packaged for transit to avoid damage during the return.

Refund Processing

Once the trailer is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds cover the product price minus any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and a restocking fee if applicable.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns that are not due to defects or our error. The exact fee is determined after inspection based on the trailer's condition, packaging, and accessories.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they ship for a full refund. If the trailer has already shipped, the standard return policy applies. Custom or made-to-order trailers may have different cancellation terms, which will be confirmed before production begins.

Warranty

Carry-On trailers come with a 1-year structural and hardware warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, welds, axle, and structural components under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, corrosion from improper storage, or damage caused by overloading.
