Shipping Policy

Carry-On Trailer ships nationwide across the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed and inventory is reserved. Most trailers arrive within 5–15 business days, depending on your location and the carrier schedule.

Free Freight Promotion

We regularly run free freight promotions on select models. The free freight offer is applied automatically at checkout when it is active. Promotional freight is curbside delivery to a valid commercial or residential address; it does not include liftgate service, inside delivery, or white-glove handling unless otherwise noted.

Delivery Methods

Trailers are shipped by flatbed freight carrier or third-party logistics provider. The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be available to inspect and sign for the trailer at delivery.

Inspection at Delivery

Please inspect the trailer before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage, missing parts, or shortages on the carrier paperwork. If you sign a clean delivery receipt without noting damage, it becomes much harder to file a freight claim with the carrier. Take photos of the shipment and any damage for your records.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us because the address was incorrect, the customer was not available for delivery, or delivery was refused may be subject to return freight charges and a restocking fee before a refund or reship is processed.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking or carrier information once your trailer ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at contact@carryontrailers.shop or call 917 232 8867.

Shipping Delays

Transit times are estimates and may change due to weather, carrier capacity, or supply chain delays. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and help reschedule when needed.
